The following applies to purchased photos only. Sreenshotters will receive a DMCA takedown, an invoice, and my disappointment.

You May:

Post purchased photos to social media

Make prints from them.

Use them in digital or print ads to promote your own dog, kennel, club, or professional handling service. For print ads (e.g. xxxx), please send a copy so I may add it to my brag wall.

Crop them, including cropping out the corner watermark. Please credit 'Lynn Ballard Photography' when possible.

You May Not:

Use purchased photos to promote any other product or service without permission.

Print them on products and sell the products without permission.

Enter photos in contests without permission.

Digitally alter the appearance or structure of the dog in an untruthful manner.

Create non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

Use photos for creating AI art, training diffusion models, or for any other machine learning purposes.
